About Capria Collective

Capria Collective was founded by friends and design partners Niki Milliken and Amity Karim, brought together by a shared appreciation for beautiful, intentional design and a belief that the most meaningful spaces are deeply personal.

We don’t design around a signature look—we design around you. Every project begins by listening: understanding how you live, what inspires you, and how you want your home to feel. From there, we bring together our experience, creativity, and individual perspectives to create spaces that feel considered, elevated, and distinctly your own.

Trust, transparency, and collaboration are at the heart of our process. Our goal is simple: to create a home that feels beautifully designed, while still feeling completely like you.

Meet Amity

Amity Karim has a passion for sophisticated interiors, unexpected details, and making the old feel new again. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Eastern Michigan University and is NCIDQ certified. Her background includes work with La-Z-Boy and Baker Furniture, as well as extensive experience in residential and commercial construction, furnishings, interior and exterior material selections.

Amity brings a thoughtful eye and a love for creating timeless, personal spaces to every project.

Meet Niki

Niki Milliken studied Interior Design with a minor in Art History at California State University, Chico. Her career spans interior design for both the residential and commercial markets, furnishings, technical sales, and design leadership, with experience guiding projects from initial concept through construction and installation.

Niki believes great design starts with listening and brings a collaborative, detail-driven approach to creating homes that are both beautiful and functional.
